Fast Eddie’s Bakery and Ice Cream is a family owned, full service bakery and ice cream stand in Brattleboro, VT. Owner, Fast Eddie, has been in the food service industry for over 30 years. Our hand cut donuts are made fresh daily using nothing but the best ingredients. Honey Glazed, Jelly Filled, and our own “Little Richies” are just a small sampling of the donut we do. What’s a Little Richie, you ask? A Little Richie is a little pillow of goodness, named after Fast Eddie’s first son, and now co-owner, Richard. Our signature donuts are cut into small squares and covered in glaze, filled with jelly, or made like our other donuts. |
